With years of bar and hospitality experience, Travis is the face behind the bar, crafting unforgettable drink experiences and running the day-to-day operations. Meanwhile, Arielle is the magic behind the scenes, keeping both the business and our growing family running smoothly.
Sparked by a shared passion for celebrating life’s special moments, our journey officially began in 2024. From intimate gatherings to grand events to
public fairs, we've got you covered. When we’re not mixing up drinks, we’re embracing family life—raising our baby boy, wrangling two golden doodles, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with our big, lively families.

Harry and Layla are more than just good dogs—they’re the soul of Rolling Spirits HQ. When they’re not chasing squirrels or demanding belly rubs, this dynamic doodle duo keeps the team grounded (and giggling).
Harry’s specialty? Snack patrol, morale boosting, and alerting the team when it’s time for a break (or treat). Layla runs point on R&D: Rest and Dozing. She’s our in-house nap consultant and a fierce advocate for longer lunch breaks.
Whether it’s a busy event weekend or a quiet prep day, you’ll find these two providing endless support, wagging tails, and unconditional love.
